Chewy Vet Care
During my time at Chewy, I was recruited to help the Chewy Vet Care social media team with responding to customer contacts and ideating content ideas for their Instagram and Facebook profiles. These socials are dedicated to the new Chewy-owned vet clinics popping up in Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, and Denver.
Content Ideation
Since CVC is a Chewy corporate brand, all content ideas are routed through the main design team at the company. Instead of capturing and designing the content directly, I was responsible for doing competitive research to find post ideas based on what other similar businesses were creating. I then submitted these content requests with the design team and provided feedback as necessary. Here are some of my concepts that were created:
Responding to Customer Contacts
My other responsibility with the Chewy Vet Care team was using the platform Sprinklr to respond to all customer contacts, from direct messages to comments to posts we were tagged in. This also included escalating issues as necessary to the proper channels within the company to get customers answers and respond to them in a timely and professional manner.
